Instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email ID associated with your account on the portal.

Please type your email address and Mobile Number below and click "Submit".

You must provide the email address/Mobile Number associated with your login (which you entered at the time of registration).

An email will immediately be sent to the email address associated with login.
